"I found Sai Yai when I was completely overwhelmed and had no idea where to start. Nattaya took a full hour just to listen and explain things — I left the first session feeling like I actually understood my situation for the first time. The pace was completely different from what I expected from a legal office."

"We used Krit for mediation between my wife and myself. Honestly, I was not sure mediation would work in our case — things had become quite tense. But he managed to keep the sessions calm and genuinely helped us find an agreement about the children that both of us could accept. Communication was good throughout."

"As a British expat, I was not familiar with Thai family law at all. Sai Yai's bilingual service was crucial for me. They explained everything in English without making me feel like I was asking stupid questions, and they were upfront about what the process would involve and how long it might take."

Ratchathewi, Bangkok
"I came for what I thought would be a quick consultation and ended up with much more clarity than I expected. Nattaya is very good at setting realistic expectations — she told me what was likely and what was less certain, which I appreciated far more than reassurances. I felt properly informed."

"The full case support was comprehensive. There were moments during the process where I would have liked slightly faster responses, but the quality of the advice and the care with which documents were prepared was genuinely high. Pimchanok kept everything organised when things became complicated."

Lad Phrao, Bangkok
"What I appreciated most was that nobody rushed me. I was not sure what I wanted when I first came in — I just knew I needed guidance. Sai Yai were patient and helped me think things through before deciding on any direction. That felt very different from what I had heard about legal services generally."

How We Have Helped
A small selection of journeys from people who came to us with real, complex situations.
Case Study · Mediation Support
The Situation
A couple with two children had reached a point where they knew separation was likely, but could not agree on practical arrangements. Communication between them had become very difficult, and both were concerned that a formal court process would cause lasting harm to their family.
What We Did
We began with individual sessions to understand each party's priorities. Joint mediation sessions followed, focused on practical areas: the children's living arrangements, schooling, and shared financial responsibilities. We kept the sessions structured but unhurried.
The Outcome
After four mediation sessions over six weeks, both parties reached a written agreement. The arrangement has now been in place for eight months without significant dispute. Neither party needed to appear before a court.
"I was not sure we could find common ground. I am glad we found a way." — one of the parties

The Situation
An international client needed to navigate a Thai family law matter while living outside Thailand for part of the year. The case involved property in Bangkok and questions about custody under Thai law that interacted with the laws of another country.
What We Did
We coordinated with the client remotely for parts of the engagement, conducted thorough documentation, and ensured they understood each decision point fully before anything was submitted or agreed. We flagged where Thai law and foreign law might interact.
The Outcome
The matter was resolved over four months, with property arrangements formalised under Thai law. The client felt informed and in control throughout despite the complexity of managing things from abroad.
"The updates were regular and clear. I never had to guess what was happening." — the client
